You should not be getting this log in screen unless there is a problem.  You should be directed to your course.

Before contacting support try the following (write down the steps first):

1.  Close this window

2.  From the main site page(this should be there when you close this window)  Mouse over  "Account" and then click on "Password Reset"

3.  Provide your email address and you will be sent instructions to change your password.

4.  Logout.

5.  Login in again with the new password and try to access the course again.

This should change your password in the course system as well as the main site.

If that doesn't work, contact support, send an email to staff@thewisedc.com .  Let us know what your password is or we will change your password for you. We will contact you and let you know when you can try to login and access the course again.
