- Once you add your course selection to the cart and check out you will NOT be granted a refund.
- It is the customer's responsibility to check the "Approved Courses" page to see if the selected course is approved for continuing education credits in your state. We will however allow the customer to choose another course of equal value within 48 hours of the purchase if they are not satisfied with the course or if it is not approved by their state. We will NOT issue credit for a replacement course if you have completed the course and were granted access to a certificate of completion.
- Continuing education credits will not be issued to you for a course that you ask for a replacement on. Only the replacement course will be eligible to receive continuing education credit.
